Demolition Dumpster Rental
Heavy-duty containers for interior gut-outs, structure removal, and the dense debris demolition leaves behind.
Construction dumpster rental built for active job sites in Colfax, WI
Heavy-duty roll-off containers for contractors, builders, and owner-builders who need debris out of the way so the crew can keep working.
On a construction site, debris management is part of the schedule. Scrap lumber, drywall offcuts, packaging, concrete chunks, and old fixtures pile up fast, and a cluttered site slows every trade that follows. Fancy Dumpster Rentals delivers construction containers across Colfax, WI and coordinates swaps so a full box never becomes the reason work stops.
We speak the language of the job. Superintendents can call with a lot number and a drop location, request a swap for the next morning, or ask to relocate the container as the build progresses. As the phase of construction changes, we adjust container sizes to match.
Matching containers to the phase of the build
Early phases such as site clearing and foundation work often produce soil, rock, and concrete, which are dense and usually belong in a smaller container to stay within weight limits. Framing produces large volumes of lighter lumber scrap and packaging, where a 30 yard container is a common choice. Drywall and finish phases generate bulky offcuts and boxes, and container size can often come down again near completion. Planning by phase keeps the site efficient and helps control disposal costs.
Weight limits and heavy debris
Every container load has a weight allowance, and construction debris can exceed it quickly. Concrete, brick, block, tile, and dirt should be discussed before loading, since many facilities want them kept separate as clean loads for recycling. Mixed loads that are mostly heavy material may need a smaller box or a dedicated inert debris container. Asking the question before loading is far cheaper than paying for an overage or a rejected load.
Keeping the site safe and compliant
Place the container on firm, level ground with enough overhead clearance for the truck to lift and tilt. Keep the approach path clear of stockpiled material and parked equipment. Load debris evenly rather than stacking it at one end, and never load above the top of the walls. If the container needs to sit in a public right of way, check with Colfax, WI about permit requirements before delivery.
Construction debris commonly accepted
- Scrap lumber, pallets, and framing offcuts
- Drywall, plaster, and ceiling tile
- Roofing materials where permitted
- Flooring, cabinetry, and trim
- Packaging, strapping, and wrap from deliveries
- Concrete and masonry when loaded as approved
Heavy inert debris often needs its own container. Ask before mixing it with general construction waste.
Common questions
Yes. Many contractors book swaps on a regular cadence during framing and finish phases. You can also call for swaps as needed. Requests made earlier in the day have the best chance of being serviced quickly.
It depends on the facility receiving the load. Heavy inert materials are often handled separately. Tell us what you plan to load and we will explain whether it can be mixed or whether a dedicated container makes more sense.
Relocating a container on the same site is often possible, but it must be empty or light enough to move safely. Contact us to schedule the move and describe the new position.
